EAD I-765 RFE - Urgent Help Need, Incorrect Date Of Birth on the e-file

Hi,

Need urgent Help, I had submitted my EAD I-765 renewal Application on 04/26/2010 received the Receipt notice on 05/04/2010 and FP notice as well on the same day. Now today I got RFE for my application via the automatic email. I was just going through my application, saw that my Date of Birth was incorrect, i.e the year of birth is off by 4 years.

I am sure the RFE is for that. I am yet to receive the letter stating the reason for the RFE.

Please help me, what should I do.....???
 
Well, we don't know the contents of your RFE if you don't ! Just wait until you receive it and see what they want, and go from there. Don't panic. There is nothing anybody can help you with, "urgent" or not, until you know exactly what evidence they want to see.
 
Thanks for the reply. I agree, waiting for the RFE info to arrive. I will post it as soon as it comes.
 
Finally the RFE document came in today, and its they are asking for the 2 Photos, even you are e-filing .
 
well, my EAD was approved and just received the EAD card today in the mail, but the year of birth is still incorrect, what should I do? Please help
