EAD I-765 E-Filing - Payment Service - Not working

Hellow,

I am trying to submit my wife's EAD renewal online and whenever I am trying to pay for it using the credit card option, it giving me the error:

Payment Processing Error
The E-Filing payment server is unable to process payments at this time. Please try again
later.

Your form(s) are saved but have NOT been submitted. When you return to E-Filing,
please select the pending form(s) and submit them.

For any questions or concerns, please contact the National Customer Service Center at
1-800-375-5283.


Anyone else has faced this recently, Its been happening since yesterday...........
 
Hi Redearth..I am facing the same problem for the past 3 days. Trying to file my EAD and getting the same error. Were you able to file it finally? Plz lemme know.

Yes, I was able to file it after 3-4 days. I kept on checking and it will work for you too. try filling after the long weekend....
 
Thanks a lot redearth! Well yeah i will try to file it after the weekend else just manually file it. You wont get charged if it shows the above error right? It just means the payment dint go through at all? coz i dont wanna end up paying 3-4 times :p Also after one failed attempt of entering ur payment details and then getting this error the uscis website advices to wait for 2 days to check with the credit card company. That might take ages to file it!
