Ead/i-140/i-485

Hi Guys,
please help with these questions:
1. if I file I-140/1-485 with EAD and AP; will I get the EAD before I-140 approval?
2. I currently work in H1B visa, if I get EAD approved, will I be able to use EAD (for another job) and keep my H1B with the current employer? if yes; will I be out of status if later the I-140 gets denied?

1. Not nessecary - most likely - yes.
2. Once you use EAD for any job - your H1b becomes dormant. You will certianly be out of status if your 140 is denied.
