My I-485 is still pending, just had my 2nd FP done yesterday, have applied for H1 extension since Jan 24th, no news on that so far either.

I want to apply for EAD and AP for me and my wife so that I can have something incase I need it. Can you please tell me how to apply for EAD and AP (don't want to do it through my attorney as he is not very helpful with my adj process). Here are the questions. Please respond if you have experience with this process.

1. Should it be applied through the mail or there is some option to walk into the local BCIS office and apply in person?
2. What documents/forms do I need to fill/attach with my application? Any fillable version of the forms available on the web?
3. What is the Fee and check should be payable to whom?

Once I efile I-765, does it automatically include advance parole or these are two separate things and I will have to apply for each of them separately?

They are separate.
I-131 for the travel document (Advance parole). This is not electronic form, manual one.Print it, follow the guidelines for that form and send it.
