Am new to this forum. Am waiting for my EAD & I checked out the waiting times but was totally confused which is applicable to me
The Shusterman website specified :
(as per i/15/2003)
I-765 Employment Authorization (C)(8) : CURRENT
I-765 Employment Authorization (C)(9) : CURRENT
I-765 Employment Authorization Other : 11/7/02
Mine is EB3 (Substution) case so which time should I take to notice....
