EAD - Help

Dear Friends,

I have applied EAD for me and my spouse last week and according to FedEx they have received on 27th July 2004.

I don't know how long it will take to get the receipts, I am worried because I have less than 4 months left on the present EAD. I was looking for that 90 days window for interim EAD incase my I-485 is still pending.

My question is what should I do in this situation? If I wait too long I may loose that 90 days window.

Please give your advise guys.

Wait for your checks to be cleared, mine cleared in 2 days after they received it. Once you have the checks cleared, you can see the receipt numbers on the back of the check preview if you have online access to your bank.

Don't worry VSC is processing the EADs very fast now-a-days, don't want to jinx it by saying it, but you should have something within the next 30-60 days.
