EAD help

I am applying for EAD. It ask for all previous EAD's. I have never applied for EAD. This is first time im filing EAD for I-485. But I have got Practical Training for 1 year after finishing Masters. It PT work permit an EAD? Should I specify this in my EAD application form? Please help

I did send mine to my lawyers while applying for the first time... I dont know if they sent it to INS
