EAD renewal help

Need to file EAD renewal for my wife. I came here as F-1 and she's F-2. We filed 485 in January 2003. Currently I'm using my OPT-based EAD. She applied for a 485-based EAD last year and got it in July 2003. However, she never used it to work. The attoney did it last time and we want to do the renewal ourself.

So my questions are:
1. In I-765, item 14, "Manner of Last Entry", should I put "Student" or "F-2 Student" for her?
2. item 15, "Current Immigration Status", should I put the same thing as item 14?
3. item 16, what should I put in the three braces, (c)(0)(9) or (c)(9)()?

Gurus, please help!

I believe all case different. check it out there is another fourm is about EAD


thats why I always remind ppl whenever and whaterver they/their attorney file/send/submit Pettition/RFE/doc .....ALWAYS AND ALWAYS make a copy for urself.... DO NOT HESITATE and ask for copy after u sign/or they sign on ur behalf..... thats ur pettition and ur docs keep all records in one seprate file.. u may need any doc in future...


Anyway do it this way if u agree send this time through attorney make copy of it and next time send urself..... and try to avoid any RFE.... (I suggest paper file is better than E-File EAD).
