Hi Guys,
(1) I have my valid H1B stamping in my PP till 2009. My I-140 is approved and I-485 is pending. If I use my EAD (to my primary employer who applied my I-140) and also to my second part-time job (unrelated to my field) - Can I still "extend" by H1B by 2009 to its 7th year without going outside US?
(2) If answer is 'yes' to the above question - can my wife "extend" her H4 by 2009 even if she use her EAD by then?
Any one help me out?
