My wife has H1 approval notice, but not stamped on the passport. Last month we went to India and entered USA using our AP. This was the first time we used our AP. I started using my EAD even before we left for India. Now what happens to my wife's H1? Is it still valid or not as she used her AP to reenter? If her H1 becomes automatically invalid what does she have to do for switching from H1 to EAD? I am the primary applicant and have never changed jobs.
