Hi everybody,
I just got my EAD approved. Right now I am on H1-B but will need to renew soon (three out of six years left). I know that I don't have to extend my H1-B because I can start to use my EAD. But what I'm worrying about is that in case my 485 gets rejected, can I still appy for a H-1B visa if my company is still be able to sponsor me?
