My wife's EAD app got RFE. It was filed on NSC on Jun 5, 2004. In the original app, the lawyer submitted blank and white photocopy of her passport. No copy of Driver's License provided.
Anybody knows how to reply the request? I am asking this because I don't wanna screw it up and I know there are always some experienced people in the forum.
Thanks.
If any document is not in English it must be submitted along with a certified English translation. The translator must certify that he/she is competent to perform the translation and that the translation is accurate. Translations submitted without related foreign-language document are not acceptable.
Photo ID: The black and white photocopy (ies) you submitted are not acceptable for the identity document requirement because they do not clearly show the facial features of the applicant. It is recommended that you submit a COLOR photocopy (ies) slightly enlarged or the originals of the documents listed below.
A current photo identity document such as a passport showing your picture, name, and date of birth; a driver's license, or other type of photo ID, issued by a government agency, showing your picture, name, and date of birth; a birth certificate with photo ID; or a National ID document with photo and/or fingerprint. The identity document photocopy must clearly show the facial features of the applicant and the biographical information.
