I'm from California and I'll file my EAD card in Nebrasca Service Senter, is that correct. My I-485 is filed in Texas but it says on the instructions of form I-485 if you file concurrently file all the forms where your I-485 is filed.If you file alone form I-765 EAD file Nebrasca SC.Is that correct? My attorney lie to me 3 months ago when she said I have filed your I-765 yesterday I ask her what's up and she said you didn't paid for that form to be filed!?F''''N biach!!!!
And one more question on the line - 14. Manner of last entry - should I put H1B and on 15. current status - H1B and on the 16 C9 AOS applicant?
