EAD from TSC ..no word yet

You have still not completed 60 days..so do not worry..official processing time is between 60-75 days...

Hi,
I am close to 90 days. My RD is june 28th and today is Sep 23rd and thus it is close to 90 days. No idea how u calculated it as 60 days

Believe it or not, you're doing way better than me - I applied for EAD with ND of June 1st - when 75 days passed I initiated a status inquiry, to which I got a reply in the mail saying the case had been approved Aug 3rd. No card. I called the national line and they initiated another(!) status inquiry asking why, when the case had been approved, a card or approval notice was not mailed. No response yet.
Feel better?

Hi,
when u raised the inquiry, did ur online status message got changed to Approved or u had the same old message saying it takes us....

No - my online message has always stayed the same i.e. we received...it is taking 60-75 days etc..
Also, I got a response to my second inquiry today in the mail, which extremely annoyingly stated that my second inquiry (where I had asked why my card had not been delivered), was a duplicate inquiry, and that my question had already been answered.
Obviously the 800 number is useless - does anyone know what the mailing address is where I can send in a written request?
Also, is getting an interim EAD an option? After all, they said my case had been approved, its not like its still pending.
Any inputs will be appreciated.

Hi Deep,
Did u try for internal EAD from local INS office before raising an inquiry?. Even my message say the same thing that it is taking us 60-75 days to process........... etc. So can u please post u thoughts and also if u r planning for IEAD

My RD for EAD is 7/13 , I called the 1-8800 no and they told me they would make an enquiry into why i have not recieved mine , my husband and I applied together and he got his 8/12, in fact I just need my green card and not all this EAD mess my RD for i485 is 5/3/02 , i havent even gotten fingerprint yet all i do everyday is to open this web site and wonder.

I don't know if I'm eligible for I-EAD. Doesn't it apply only if your EAD is pending? They clearly replied to me and said it had been approved 2 months ago.
In your case, I'd wait for them to send you a response before you decide what to do. If they tell you your case is pending, I guess you could get an IEAD. If they tell you it was approved (like in my case), I'm not even sure there is a solution.

I am sorry..Test_forum_user..That was my mistake..

If I were you..I would try for an I-EAD after the case is pending for more than 90 days (if your EAD is expiring soon)..Otherwise you should wait..

Just to share some statistics I got my first EAD approved after 110 days, 2nd EAD approved after 105 days and..just applied 3rd EAD ...So..Have faith.. :)
