ead from nebraska what are my options?

i have filed my 3 rd ead on 9/22/04. my present ead expires on nov 18.
can i work without pay?
can i work with paid vacation?
as my nov 18 to nov 30 paychek will be generated only in dec 15 can i work till then and worry about it if i dont get my ead till then?
if i get my ead by dec 15 will i get in to trouble for working with pay for the period before i got it?

Hi there:
I am in the same boat as you..I had applied for my EAD renewal in the second half of October, and my current EAD expires in the first week of Jan.

Would like to know
a) if I can apply for an interim EAD
before the 90 days are completed(since filing the application).

b) Can I do this at the local office in St Louis and

c) What papers will I need to take for getting the interim EAD

d) If I can't apply for an interim EAD before 90 days
what are my options for the intervening two weeks?

e) And before I forget, do you need to mail some
papers even if you have filed for your EAD online?

Would appreciate if someone can answer my questions and share their experiences about getting an interim EAD.
