EAD from Local INS office

Could anyone please tell what is the procedure to apply for EAD when the application is transferred to local INS office (Los Angeles).
 
You should send the EAD application to the local office when the I-485 is transferred to the local office. The local office will send you an appointment to go get your biometrics done (fingerprint and picture) at a local ASC.
