EAD/FP notice

I applied for concurrent I-485/AP/EAD. Please help on the following questions.

1. Is fingerprint a pre-requisite for getting EAD.

2. Who gets the fingerprint notice - me or my attorney or both

3. Can fingerprint notice be re-scheduled.

4. Is there any LUD change in the online status when fingerprint notice is sent out.

2) In my case both, me and the attorney

3) Yes, but it often gives a lot of problems and shouldn't be done if it is not absolutely necessary (e.g. You know that the earth will explode on that day etc.)
