Hi,
I just got my PERM process approved and right now I'm about to file the I-140. I would like to know at what state of this process am I gonna be able to file a petition of an EAD for my wife. Can it be filed after the I-140 is approved but before the adjustment of status is filed since my priority day is not yet due (11/18/05) or should wait and do this during my adjustment of status (I-485) aplication instead. I have a H1B Visa and she is currentky under a H4 Visa.
