I recently received EAD cards for me and my wife. My wife has applied for her SSN and is ready to go to work with her EAD.
My only concern is that if something goes wrong with my I-140 (denial), then would it make her out of status?
Do I have to apply for her H4 or does she automatically go back to her H4.
We still have 1 more year on our H visas and I'm not planning to use my EAD.
fyi, I filed my I-140/485 concurrently.
