HI guru's.
My PD is Feb 2004, EB2. Got my 140 approved 4 weeks back. Spouse has a job opportunity , is it possible to apply for EAD for spouse , without filing for 485?

There is a chance if your wife was born in a country that is not retrogressed.

EAD is not possible, if you and your wife both born in great retrogressed country. You can file H1B for your spouse in April 1, if she/he qualify.

Sorry for hijack this thread.
When you said "you" can file for your spouse for H1B. (you = her future employer, right?)
That's what I am thinking.
The future employer can sponsor her on a H1B or even a GC process if they are WILLING.....

She can apply for EAD if she is on L2 status.
