My husband had come on BL1 visa and i have a L2 visa. I applied for EAD via e-filling on 2nd Aug 2004 and i got a response of I797C, Notice of Action for it via mail on 6th Aug 2004. The information on the site said that i need to mail my passport photo and I94 photocopy to Vermont Service Center ans i did it. Now i don't know how to proceed, because the Confirmation receipt sayd i need to get an appointment at the application support center without which my application will not be processed. I called up the support and i came to know that i already hold an appointment on sep 14th, but i didn't fix an appoinment by anyways.. Is it automatically done? If so i should get a notification. I don't know where i have to got the appointment too(address or place to visit for personal apperance).
Now the problem is we are shifting our residence due to my project requirement. I am totally confused and don't know what to do and how to proceed on this. Calling support makes me wait for 30 mins and it very very difficult. can any one hep me out please....
