I am currently on a H1 visa. My spouse is on an F1.
I filed for I140 and 485. ALong with that I filed for EAD for myself and my spouse. What would be the status of my spouse when the EAD gets approved. Will she retain her F1 status. Does she have to apply for OPT when she graduates, or will the current EAD take precedence.
