My wife and I filed I-485, I-130, and I-765 back in June. Her fingerprints were done in July, and we had a RFE even though my lawyer assured us all the documents submitted were good to go. Any RFE was submitted Aug 19 and on Sept 8 we got our interview date for Oct. The problem is the EAD has not come in and my wife's H1-B Visa expires on the 30th of Sept so she will have to leave her job if the EAD does not come in. Any chances it can be expedited to come in before the 30th?
