Hi, all
I submitted I140/I485/EAD/AP all together in 03/2004 to VSC under EB1 (OR). My wife also submitted I485/EAD/AP at the same time. Will VSC grant EAD to my wife before my I140 is reviewed/approved? I heard that in EB1 category, VSC will not issue EAD before I140 is approved, is it true?
Can my wife go to local office to apply for an interim EAD after 90 days of application assuming there is no RFE? Just wondering if EAD/interim EAD policy is special for EB1 category.
