My 140 recently approved. My wife applied for EAD and she got it approved in 2o days for 2 years and recieved the card. I applied for renewal, I got a notice for finger printing. Both of our 485s are at NSC and because of efiling EAD went to TSC. I thought its bcos of different service centers but how come my wife's got approved without finger prints? She applied for EAD for first time under C(9) (she applied for it before as J2) and mine is a renewal application??????
