I need a conformation on finger-print for EAD application. All my concerns are given below so please help me with your best knowledge.
History of My Green Card Process: Category: EB2; State and Federal Labor was approved on June 2005; Applied for I - 140 and I – 485 on September 30, 2005 and received a notice of confirmation of both forms from VERMONT USCIS office.
1) I am applying I-765 (EAD) for fist time. Can I apply online for I-765 (Employment Authorization Document)?
2) Online application requires digital photographs and finger prints and those will be taken at local USCIS office on appointment request. Are these finger-prints are used only to EAD or are these finger-prints final one and used entire process for Green Card? My main concern is that I am getting married in May 2006 and I wanted to add my fiancé (Wife, once I get married) but few of them told me that If a person gives finger-prints its almost impossible to add dependents. So I need really accurate information about this and granular information about other types of finger-prints which will be taken in the process of Green Card.
3) Any good suggestions to follow while applying EAD and complete check list for supporting documents for EAD application is really appreciated
