EAD Filing Fee

Did anybody file EAD online before July 31st?
I filed EAD renewal online and the fee they charged me was $340 ( New filing fee). I thought fee is not changing until August. What do I need to do? Please advice.

not quite sure of the e-filing but for paper filing if the application is post marked on or ofter July 30th then the application should be accompanied with new fees.
