EAD Filing fee and Address for NSC

I would like to know

1. whats the filing fee for EAD now? Is it $180.00 ?

2. My I-485 is pending in NSC. Where should I file for EAD renewal?

3. What is the Address for paper based application? Last time I sent it to
U.S. Department of Homeland Security
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
Nebraska Service Center
P.O. Box 87765
Lincoln, NE 68501-7765
Is the above address still correct for EAD's?
