ead filers for jan

how many are still out there with ead dates before feb 5th and not approved..this is for people who have not e filed?

did you guys call or anything and what is the response
 
I was going to post this on a separate thread when I saw your post, tombaan. I received my EAD card in the mail today (RD: Jan 29th, ND: Feb 2nd). My online status still shows "Received". My wife's application status changed to "Approved; card ordered" on March 31st. Today, it changed to "Approved; card mailed". We haven't received her card yet. Here is the strange part - the signature on my card is my wife's. All the other information is correct. We mailed our applications (i.e. not e-file). I will probably call the attorney and inform them of the signature screw-up. I had half a mind just to ignore it - but it says on the accompanying letter to call if any of the information is not accurate. I will probably have to call - don't know if they will mail a replacement card or make me go to the local office (I hope not). Sigh!
 
My husband's 3rd EAD ND Jan 30, 2004, mailed application. He has not yet received an approval. Mine was filed at the same time, same envelope, got my approval a month ago. I had called up the 800 no. they said if he does not get it within next 30 days, to go to local office and get an interim card. Since our EAD is valid till July, we decided to wait a li'l longer.
picsarus, you could probably send a copy of your new EAD card to TSC informing them about the mess up. Last year they had alloted my EAD from April instead of July and I wrote to them with a copy, they sent me a new card begining July.
