My 1-485 application is pending with Nebraska Service Center. My third EAD and Advance Parole are due for renewal.
By mistake, my Lawyer filed the application with Texas Service Center. Yesterdat, when I got the receipt, I noticed it and called the lawyers office.
In the meantime, my EAD got approved. My wife's EAD and both of our Advance Parole applications are still pending with Texas Service Center.
Has this happened to anyone before? What should I do now?. Ask the lawyer to cancel the rest of the applications at Texas Service Center and file again with Nebraska Service Center? Any ideas?
