My I-485 application is pending with nebraska...

RD 02/28/02
ND 03/22/02

FP 1 05/13/2002

RFE RECEIVED AND NOTIFIED 11/04/2003

FP2 01/21/2004

WAITING FOR APPROVAL ....

NOW I AM THINKING OF APPLYING FOR EAD, after applying EAD if my I-485 approves , do the UCIS will send my money orders back ???

Please help ..friends...
 
Nope, i donot think USCIS will ever return any money unless you paid more that the required for the Applicaiton
 
Theja! If I were in your place I wouldn't think about getting back EAD fee ($120.00) when my 485 approval come through.
