Whom do I write the check for EAD? It's not very clear in the form. Also current fee is $250 right ( includes FP)?

DO u have to include $70 for Biometric fee ?
It's in the instructions!!

The biometrics fee is to be included with your check for I-485.

You already pay $70 for FP/BIO for I-485. You dont have to pay once again for the I-765

So I assume I do not have to pay twice though EAD form goes to different center..?
1. should I mail EAD form to Chicago lock box or Mesquite,tx..It's not clear to me..
2. We r going to send eveything to chicago lock box and When I file all the form together, how will I attach a receipt notice with the EAD form ?

workhomes2003, you need to read the instructions on the USCIS website more closely about concurrent filing. When you do concurrent filing for I-130 (petition for alien relative) and I-485 (adjustment of status), you send all the documents to Chicago lock box facility unless you are doing DORA (Dallas Office Rapid Application), if you live around Dallas. Now, if you want to apply for AP and EAD at the same time, you just need to fill out those forms, attach the necessary documents, pictures, fees etc. and send it all together to the Chicago lock box. If you go the DORA route, you can't apply for AP or EAD unless you didn't get your GC within 3 months. I hope that helps.

the EAD goes with the AOS package to the chicago lock box.1. should I mail EAD form to Chicago lock box or Mesquite,tx..It's not clear to me..
