EAD fee & 2nd FP

I need to apply for my EAD extension, what is the BCIS application fee. and one more question, My first FP is expired in July and till now i did not get 2nd FP notice, I have applied I485- in CSC but residing in MICHIGAN, Please adivse...
When can i expect my actual 485 approval?

People are taking about 2 year EADs.... Don't applied for EAD until u really need it!!! Apply both H1 and EAD....120$
