I have my EAD card from past 1 year 2 months. I still haven't got my green card. I got married and come to US in 2004 dec.
My husband always harrase me saying that he will divorce me. I'm so stressed that what do i do next if he leaves me??
Can anyone tell me if he leaves me what will be my status do i get my GC or should I leave the country??
Please advise whether I should apply for H1 in coming April.PLease somebody advise me asap.
