EAD extension while and RFE on I-140 is pending.

My EAD will be expiring in another 4months.

I got an RFE on I-140 to present all my experience letters. It will take some time to respond to this RFE as I should get those letters from India.

Meanwhile, Can I apply for extension of EAD while RFE on my I-140 is still pending? Do you see any problem here? Please let me know.

I also had a query on my I-140 when I applied for EAD renewal.

I think it is a valid question by the USCIS to ask for exp. letters which happened in my case.

I-140/485 filed on July 04 NSC.
I-140 Approved May 10' 2005
EAD 2 AD Jun'05
I-485 still waiting...
