EAD extension while and RFE on I-140 is pending.

My EAD will be expiring in another 4months.

I got an RFE on I-140 to present all my experience letters. It will take some time to respond to this RFE as I should get those letters from India.

Meanwhile, Can I apply for extension of EAD while RFE on my I-140 is still pending? Do you see any problem here? Please let me know.

Yes you can, and you should, apply for EAD renewal right now. As long as your green card application is not adjudicated (approved or denied), you can apply for EAD renewals.
