EAD expiring.

Hi guys,
I have couple of question, I would really appreciate any help.

My EAD is expiring in 08/01/03 and I haven’t applied for the renewal yet.
1) so did I already miss the deadline because usually it should be applied before 3 months???
2) can I apply on my own. if yes where should I send the papers. I belongs to the CSC???

3) do I need to apply for the AP also because AP is also expiring on next Month???
4) let me ask u this also.. can I apply for the AP after AP expires if I need the AP???

We post information on this kind of situation all the time in the CSC forum. It would be very nice if you did some research before posting the same questions again. Don't be lazy about things like this cause you will only hurt your application process.

1. Yes you are late for EAD. You should apply for EAD ASAP!
2. Yes you can apply on your own. Go to
this FAQ for details.
3. Yes if you plan to travel.
4. Sure you can, but knowing INS processing times, why would you do that? If you need to travel in an emergency what will you do?
