EAD expiring! What is the status?

My spouse intends to take an interim EAD and start working on it. My question is that if the interim EAD expires and actual EAD does not arrive, is she then considered to be on H4 so long as I am still on H1.

She is not out of status but, she can\'t work. I would suggest if you have time to apply another EAD aplication now and get iEAD 90 days from RD on that application.

I485 penging is status. You don\'t need to keep status with H4... WIthout EAD, she can\'t work.
