Hi All,
My EAD is expiring on February 10th and filed for extension in Dec, 2002. EAD renewal RD : 12-13-2002, ND : 12-19-2002. My attorney said, I can continue working even if I don't get renewed EAD before Feb 11th since I have been working for the same company from the beginning of I-485. As per him, as long as I work for the same company and have a receipt notice of EAD renewal, it will not be a problem.
Can any gurus in this forum confirm it? I would really appreciate your help.
