EAD Expiring Soon -Advice Needed
I have my gc processing going through my wife and her I-140 is approved. We applied for EAD twice by now and I got a new job offer which I would like to take. However, my current EAD is expiring on 5th Nov 2006. I have not applied for the extension yet but would like to know if I can apply for the EAD and switch to the new job and continue working with the new company while the decision is pending. Any quick help is appreciated.
