EAD Expiring ..plese help

Sorry for posting duplicate messages but I still haven't gotten my EAD renewal yet. ND aug4th. Says the same old dreadful message. Now the company I am working for is asking me to take a "non-pay" leave since it expires on sept 3rd.

I even went to the local service center and could not find any form which will help me to get an interim EAD.

What do I do? I really cannot afford to take a leave. Can someone please help and give me details what should I exactly do?

I would really really appreciate it.

you have no choice. If the EAD is expired and you dont have the new ead, then you cant work legally.

you should have applied for the EAD reneval much earlier. The interim EAD wont be effective till 90 days from the receipt either..

On Nov 3rd you can go and apply for interim EAD.

ok so I think there is an overlap of just one day. If I go int on 4th, will they give me an interim one?

What papers do I need? What is the form? What should I tell em that I need?
