EAD Expiring next month

Hi all please help,

I filled EAD and my receipt is Dec 10th 2005. My current EAD expired Feb 2, 2006. And my company said I can not work with out authorisation so in short I loose job with out EAD.
I e-filled this.

What are my chances of getting in interim EAD?.

Interim EADs are only issued 90 days from the receipt date of your EAD.
You can always try for one.

Go to nearest USCIS office

GoTo Nearest USCIS office 2 weeks b4 the expairy. Take a letter from your employer saying that this is an emergancy situation and u need EAD renewal. Tell the INS that U are here for EAD renewal and nothing more. Do not try to explain the officer in detail which might get u in trouble. No worrys . You should be getting it easy. Do not stress u r self.
