EAD Expiring in May 2003

Hello All,

My EAD is expiring in May 2003 and I have applied for the renewal around Feb 2003. Both me and my wife are working on EAD. I guess the renewal takes some time these days and so I was wondering what happens when the EAD expires? Can I get an interim card or can I keep working till my new EAD is sent by the BCIS?

Once your application has been pending for 90 days you should be able to get an interim EAD at your local office. Don't make the mistake of working on your expired card and make the effort to get your interim card.
