Although I recd the EAD card, INS Vermont specified a wrong duration of year 06 instead of 07. I sent them back for correction and did not hear from them till now. My current EAD expires on 12-Jan-07 which would be 78 days since applying. Can I get IEAD sighting their mistake before my current EAD expires or do I have to wait until 90 days( looks like I cant work for one week) to approach for IEAD. Your help appreciated.
