I'm waiting on my renewal EAD and the current one is expired next month. My i140 has been approved last december and filed concurrent with 485 so the 485 is pending now (priority date is april 2001). Just because I'm on NSEERS program and have court hearing next november (final master hearing) they can not issue my green card yet. What should I do in case till next month they haven't issue my renewal? can I keep working? or should I wait till the new EAD mailed? thanks for any infos!.
