Pl help me what should I do now?
I went to India on Vacation and Came back on Dec 5th 2005 on Advance Perole.
After coming back I realised thet my EAD was expired on Nov 30th 2005.
I still have my H1 valid until March 2006.
1. Am I valid to work in US now?
2. My status would be illigal without valid EAD?
3. Can I go out of the country and get my Visa stamped now?
4. Can I apply for Visa extension next year?
5. Waht would be my status of my GC now?
