EAD Expired....Please HELP!..URGENT

I'm working on EAD for new company which is getting expired on July 1. I had applied for renewal on April'28 at VSC. They had issued RFE for the EAD on Jun'23 as per the online message, I did not receive the letter so far. At this point I don't know what to do?

My new company is asking for my new EAD.

Mostly it may be related to Photo's and if I relply that do you guys know how long it may take for them to reply.

What are my options?

Please advice.

Usually a week-ten days after replying to RFE, you might get an approval..

Other Options..
Take a Vacation for a week/two until EAD Renewal gets approved.

Get Photos ready and wait for the RFE.!

hi

the best shot you can give it now is go to the local BCIS office in order to renew your EAD. Though I am sure they would not issue it to you as you have an RFE u have a chance to ask them what exactly is the RFE and if it is photos then you can probably get the right ones (dimensions) and then request them to issue an iEAD/renewal.

In the mean while CHECK ur status after JULY 1. don't get paid for the period when u don't have the EAD or don't get paid at a later date too for the period u don't have your EAD. THAT WILL BE A BIG MISTAKE.
