Hi Guys, need some help.
My EAD and AP will expire on 05/16/2003, and my RD is 11/15/2001.
I understand there is a microscopic chance that my case will be approved before that date, however it is more likely it will not, so I would like to know how to apply for an extension.
What documents do I need?
Can I do it by myself, at the local INS (Detroit), or must I use a lawyer and file at Vermont?
