We are going through GC process in CSC currently and here the stats:
My wife is currently on yearly renewable TN Visa (Canadian Citizen) which is expiring on September 15th.
I-140 was filed in April 2003
I-485/EAD/AP filed on June 10 2003
We have recived a RFE for I-140 and there is no way she will receive her EAD before her visa expires.
Do we have an option for Intreim EAD through local BCIS office (90 days will be over on September 10th) ?
How can I find out which local office ?
Does that mean that our GC file will be transferred to local ofiice instead of CSC at Laguna Nigel
