EAD Error

The EAD was approved for my spouse in February 2003, but it has incorrect dates on it. My lawyer sent it back for Correction in April and we have heard nothing after that.
Has anyone had a similar experience?
Is there anyway to get a duplicate EAD from local office?
 
I have similar situation.

My EAD and my spouse's EAD had wrong pictures printed, i.e., my picture was printed on my spouse's card.

Sent back for correction on DEC, 2002 but never hear anything.

What are you doing about it? Are you using EAD for employment? If you are then how is that affected by the incorrect EAD. Also did you travel using Advance Parole with the incorrect EAD.
I will appreciate any information.

We showed our wrong EAD cards to our employers before sending them back to VSC. Our employers were OKed with
that.

We have been staying in US all the time after filing I-485.
